Shoulders :


I started doing shoulders twice a week but with different exercise:

Mondays : shoulder presses and lateral raises
Fridays : front raises and rear shoulders

I know I could do them all once a week but then,once a week seems too little, I feel totally recovered after a three days.

What do you think of this type of split ?


Id think it fine bat are yiou also hiting the same shoulders in pressing and pulls etc during the week. Might be a LOT to handle




don't forget that in when you bench, pullups, rows, etc the shoulders are hit pretty good. So you may actually be working them 4+ times a week
