I have the great caveman syndrome that Waterbury talks about in his posture article. I'm going to start incorporating more pulling exercises and I definitely need more rear delt work to help pull my shoulders back and straigten up.
I"m going to be doing CT's, OVT and I'm wondering how often I should work in this extra shoulder & back work? Should I work it in at the end of my workout and limit to shoulders one day and back the next?
What are your recommendations for working this into my routine??
