Shoulders and Traps Specialization

Hi Coach, regarding this thread about shoulders and traps specialization could you give me some tips about how much to back off on the other muscle groups to allow for maximum recovery in the traps and shoulders?

You will need a reduction in volume of about 50% for upper back and chest work because these heavily involve the traps or shoulders. Biceps/Triceps work can stay the same. I would decrease lower body work by around 25%
