I am a 17yr old defensive back that had reconstructive surgery to fix a tear in the front ligament of my right shoulder. Well I did the whole resistance band thing and progressed back to full stregnth and more. My problem is i still feel discomfort when barbell bench pressing and externally rotating.
What muscles/movements do I need to focus on to make my shoulder better? I have been working on doing alot of horizontal and vertical pulls but what else could help?
