“similar” to the PL-style set-up.
But the end position of the barbell is a little upper on my torso, cause i end the negative movement with the barbell in the middle of my pecs.
My shoulders are so shot I cant even do heavy overhead press anymore, but I can still bench heavy, this helped alot, its just a really good explanation on a powerlifting setup. Keeping the arms close to the body helps take stress off my shoulders alot.
