I am looking for a shoulder workout to do two days a week in a 3-4 day a week training regiem. Have tried searching the previous issues but can’t find one, but I must be becoming blind there must be one. I have heard about one by Ian King. Please recommend me one.
Just type “delts” or “shoulders” into the T-mag search engine (not the one here at the forum). King has written a couple within his Heavy Metal column. Plus that John Paul Catzayamahasusuki guy wrote one just an issue or two ago.
don’t take offense, just curious why you want to hit delts twice a week, simply becouse of all the ancillary work they get with other bodyparts. just curious
