Shoulder Warmup Prior to Squatting

Looking for recommendations for stretches to do prior to squatting to improve shoulder flexibility. Thanks

Shoulder dislocations with a rubber band is great. If needed, more band work to get the blood flowing.

This is exactly what I do. Shoulder dislocations with a red mini band. I used to do them with a broomstick, either way. Loosens me right up.

I also like to work my front delts and pecs with a lacrosse ball after the dislocates.
