I did something to my upper shoulder/trap area during wrestlling season. The area over the joint feels a little painful. I can press in on it and I’ll feel it. I think its the muscle because I started feeling this again going for a max on the bench. I can also feel a dull pain when shrugging.
Its not stopping me from going heavy on the bench but it is uncomfortable so I’d like to see if anyone has any suggestions for rehabbing it. The pain went away for 3 or so months but came back last week.
