I read an article here about a year ago for increasing strength and stability in the shoulders. I can’t remember the specifics, but it contained exercises like one-arm shrugs. I can’t seem to find it on the search site. Does anyone have any ideas?
Was it the Chek article? It was more addressing traps then shoulders but there was a variety of one-armed shrugs in there.
i just finished reading the article, it was rather long and complicated. i didn’t understand most of the big words used, the technical terms, but i think i know what the article was trying to explain. i wish they had kept things short and simple, with many diagrams
