So I have recently messed up my shoulder but now healing (slowly), though I cant really do any pressing movements, the ROM is alright.
so the question is this, the injury was due to imbalance between the press/pull…etc
so i know i have to correct it with some pulling exercises, right now I can do rows without anypain, just wondering if I should do the correcting work now or should I wait till shoulder is completely healed with no pains for any exercise???
cause eventhough there is no pain when I row, could it slow down the healing? since some shoulder is used in the exercise (balancing)
