Lately when I have been working out, I have been noticing pains in my anterior deltoid. They don’t seeme to flare up on M. Press and Bench but my right shoulder gives me serious grief when I do weighted dips. It doesnt seem to matter if I lean farther forward (more pecs I think) or keep upright with my arms in. Lately, I have tried limiting my range of motion (noticing that the pain is in the lower part of the exercise) but still no avail. Then I tried doing just bodyweight dips with out going past 90 degrees in arm angle but my right still gives me grief. The shoulder is fine post workout and my symmetry and strength are relatively equal. It not a terribly pain but it is a cause for concern. What do you guys think?
