I dislocated my shoulder a while ago and although I have had therapy it has totally destroyed my bench. I can’t bench without pain and even flyes hurt. Dumbell presses aren’t as bad but I can’t do a full range of motion. Any suggestion of chest exercises i can do while my shoulder heals? I workout at a warts and all iron fest of a gym - no machines, so (I never thought I say this) no pec dec which is probably the only thing that won’t hurt. Any ideas would be great.
