Tell me what you guys think about this (it’s somewhat unorthodox) i haven’t done shoulder presses in about two months. i combine heavy incline presses, dips, declines on chest day with lateral raises and wide grip uprights. my shoulders seem to be bigger. i think hiting the anterior head of the delt twice a week is too much, and combining the chest presses with db presses causes one or the other to suffer. any thoughts?
