I’ve been having problems with my shoulder during any pushing exercises and was wondering what would be the best way to rehab it. I went to see a doctor to make sure it wasn’t a rotator cuff issue and found out it’s not. I have full range of motion but as soon as I do any pushing exercise I’m in a lot of pain in the front section of my delt. I can still work shoulders with no pain but bench/chest workouts have been increasingly painful. Any advice would be appreciated!
Modify, decrease or stop pressing exercises that irritate your shoulder. You’ll be back in no time. Take it as a time to boost up the surrounding region to your symptomatic area. When symptoms decrease slowing incorporate your pressing movements to tolerance.
