i was wondering if somebody could help me out here.
When trying to do dips, it feels as if i’m not able to get a good range of motion. After i lower myself for a bit, my shoulders start to hurt. I consider myself to have reasonably good flexibility in that area. It seems that my upper arms will only go as far as 10-15 degrees below parralel to my shoulders, which i think would be a very low range of motion. my hands are spaced about4 inches each from my body, with palms facing each other. If anybody could help me out, i’d appreciate it.
