I've dislocated my left shoulder during wrestling season twice. And now it is really starting to hurt with standing press. My issue is that my right shoulder is painless, and my right scapular retraction is fine, while my left doesn't have very effective retraction. So, naturally i think thats the issue. I've researched scapular retraction issues and i've come up with bad pec flexibility, and weak lower traps (causing forward shoulder tilt). With a combination of pec stretching, band pull aparts, face pulls, upper back foam rolling, and overhead shrugs, I should be able to see some progress.
Anyone have any tips or more info on this sort of problem?
