Hey everyone i have had problems with my right shoulder, my neck, and the right side of my back. All three body parts are very tense and sometimes are very painful during a workout and sometimes after. I also know the difference between pain and the burn from a great pump.
I try to stretch out my neck and shoulder everyday but it doesn’t seem to work, and it becomes very uncomfortable during the stretch and gets tighter after the stretch. Any ideas what could be wrong?
My doctor wont do anything besides give me a weeks worth of muscle relaxer and wont do an MRI unless i do 6 weeks of physical therapy after i just did a few months of therapy for the same thing. anything helps at this point especially with being a year out of a show.
