Bench programs that included lots of eccentrics and pin presses. So immediately stopped the program.
I feel the pain mostly when I move into shoulder flexion with elbows tucked to the side. For example, I was doing KB rows the other day and felt it pretty bad. Right now, I’m just doing overhead press (which seems to be progressing fine) and dumbbell floor press. Ive also been doing a lot of rear delt work as well as band external rotations in the meantime. Do you have any other suggestions as far as getting my shoulder back to normal? I usually don’t have any shoulder issues on barbell bench whatsoever. I just think all the eccentrics and overload movements were too much for me.
