I have a question. A friend of mine has an issue with his right shoulder and he can't do any overhead pressing. He can do bench, incline and decline bench and dips. He's doing Boring But Big template and he wants to know what to do instead of overhead press. Maybe close grip bench with 531 protocol and dips as 5x10?
He should do another full range movement and then do the appropriate % for the BBB work. Just like the program says.
