Shoulder Injury?

Hey. I was doing incline flys yesterday and injured my shoulder. How?.. I went for my last 5th set with 45s and went to low, in doing so my left arm swung back kinda like snaping back I guess.

I got a pain in the side back of my shoulder now when I lift it up. I’m take 600mg ibuprofan pills 2 or 3 times a day. Any suggestions to help it heal, besides resting? Prob. rest for another 2 days and then see how it feels. Thanks

Read Eric Cressey’s articles and locker. He gives really good advice.

Rest, and start adding prehab stuff to your routine, external rotations etc.

I’ll start now, cause the pain is still there. thanks
