Shoulder Injury

So I was doing overhead triceps and left arm is okay but the right feels weird I can’t balance the weight and it feels like my shoulder is moving out of my natural position.On bench press my right arm cant handle the weight like my left.I know something is injured but what is it?

Can you feel a bump around your acromioclavicular joint?

Yea but not pain for now
