Yeap, I injured my shoulder. Thing is, it wasn’t will lifting but rather while sleeping. I sleeped on my right side and this morning my right anterior deltoid is killing me.
Does this happen to anyone else? The easy fix is not to sleep on my side, any other suggestions?
This will set me back in my bench and shoulder workouts this week…
Did you actually have a professional tell you it was injured, or are you just calling it that because it hurts?
I almost always sleep on my right side, sometimes I wake up and it aches for an hour or two, but it’s not a huge deal.
