i partially separated my left shoulder on saturday and it is still, of course, pretty sore. This is not the first time this has happened and probably wont be the last. this time however ive been doing fantastic in the gym for the first time in about 6 months making this injury even more depressing. ive been using, ice, anti inflammatories, and rest. should i be using heat on it yet? what about ultrasound? does anyone have input on some other treatments that may help get me to the gym by the end of the week? thanks for your input.
