I dislocated my shoulder christmas last year snow boarding on my third day…yep I was real happy with that!! (but thats irrelevant). I have been doing a fair bit of rehab training on it and is getting better.
I take it someone has had this done to them before. My chest has always been an area that drags behind.
My question is have you received the best results from volume or H.I.T?
ps I mostly use d/b and cables.
