Shoulder Injury & Maintaining Mass-Creatine?

Hello Guys ,
I have unfortunately suffered an Inferior Glenohumeral Ligament Tear (IGHL)around 1 months ago. I am 2 years into training seriously as a bodybuilder and am still learning.

I because of the type of injury I can still train every part of my body but with not as anywhere near as heavy weights.
Does anyone know how I can maintain my muscle mass until I can start hitting the weights again?
Also is creatine a good supplement to take whilst being injured to maintain muscle mass?
