Shoulder Injury from DB Press


I hurt my shoulder while doing a dumb-bell press. I actually sneezed during the extension and my shoulder went crack. Lucky my training partner was with me.. Nothing broken but just a bit sore.I iced it and keep doing that before bedtime.

Any other recommendations?


Probably just tweaked the muscle cuz you jerked it under stress in a funny way. Joints crack…

Take it easy with your shoulder for a few days and make sure it feels better before going back at it.
