Shoulder Injury Advice

i was just wondering if anyone has any advice im coming back from a shoulder injury. in which i had all the built up scar tissue scrapped out. as well my rotatar cuff repared.

Im not completly 100%. but i wanna get back in the gym. does anyone knw any good exercisesi should start out with to get my shoulder back up too par.

ks as of right now i cant even do push ups ks of my shoulder. i can do almost any other body part workout just shoulder and chest workouts dont really hapen.

Don’t be shy to ask trainers in the gym. Also be sure to tell them what kind of shoulder injury it is.

Speaking of which, why don’t you tell us what’s wrong with your shoulder?
