I’ve been fighting shoulder impingement/bursitis in my right shoulder for almost a year now. I’ve tried ibuprofen, massages, stretches, and physical therapy. All have have helped at times. But nothing will get rid of it for good. As soon as I think it’s licked, it comes back. I’ve even stayed away from the gym during for periods of time, and refrained from doing exercises that irritate it. I’m to the point of getting an MRI, but I’m pretty broke at the moment. Is there anything you guys can prescribe or recommend that might give me some relief? I’ve made a lot of progress in the gym the last year, but my shoulder is definitely holding me back. Thanks.
