Shoulder Health

Hey Pual,

I’ve been enjoying the content you’ve put out on shoulder health and how proper execution can function as prehab. Makes a lot of intuitive sense. However, what advice do you have for those of us who tuned into this message a bit too late and have already accumulated some should issues? Any advice on exercise selection, rep tempo/ranges or methods to prioritize shoulder health and longevity?

I’d work with someone in person who can look at you and how your shoulder moves and get it corrected that way first. And not ask people on the internet how to fix stuff that needs someone in person to do it.
