hello picture two was when my shoulders were healthy and strng picture one shows the damage caused (left shoulder blade i am just wondering does anyone have any idea what this is or what kind of help i may need i was going really well until this happened now ive been injured for a year i cant do any bench press shoulder press side lateral raises dedlifts shrugs bent over row with heavy load before i was strong and could perform all these lifts injury due to a manual job and intense weight training i feel like packing in the towel!#
i am no expert but ive had shoulder issues. i thought a mobility drill named thoracic bridge helped a lot. i got the drill from a dr john rusin article. the drill seemed to be intended for the thoracic spine, but it works the shoulders too.
