I’m currently doing CW’s “New Frontier.” I’ve been having a problem lately that my left shoulder goes completely cold or numb when I’m doing incline bench. Incline usually comes after military press so my thoughts would be that the stress from the shoulder exercise is aggrivating whatever it is in my shoulder. It’s not an actually pain just a terrible annoyance as it limits my ability to use proper form during incline bench.
Has anyone else experienced what I’m describing? Any warm up, stretching or exercise suggestions? Thanks.
