shoulder dilema.

I don’t know if this has been discussed but what do you think is optimal for gaining shoulder mass and strenght?

If I look at programs available on t-mag, I can see the ABBH program wich discourage direct shoulder work and OVT who devotes one entire day to delts. And I think westside work shoulders with different kinds of raises complex.

So what do you think?
don’t work delts directly?
train them a lot or just a bit?

We could have the same discussion with arms…

I like to alternate between direct/indirect/no shoulder training.

I’ll do a few weeks with direct, then few of simply indirect, maybe one week of no shoulder work, etc.
