I started Canditos routine a couple of weeks ago and have started feeling pain when moving my shoulder forward (I dont know if you will see from the image I put). I tried rotating my arm internally, externally, did the impingement test and its all good (no pain there). Just when I try to move my shoulder forward (and sometimes in the opposite direction) I feel some pain around the clavicle bone.
I am benching, squatting, deadlifting, doing pullups and military presses (these two might be the guilty parties?)… Whenever I remember I do the face pulls for two or three sets with light weights.
