Do you keep your shoulder blades squeezed or drifted apart when performing the pullover exercise?
Good question. If I am doing them for lat work, I let my shoulder blades spread and flare my elbows out slightly. If I want to feel it in the long head of the triceps, I pinch my shoulder blades, and keep my elbows in. Either way, I put a slight bend in my elbows and then keep them locked in that position (just like an SLDL with the slight bend in the knees)
