I have decided that I want to start using Creatine. But I am not sure if I should wait until I have lost a little more fat, or just to start now. I am pretty skinny, 6 feet and about 155 pounds, but still have some noticeable flab on me. Should I just continue with the cardio I have been doing until that fat is gone or should I get the Creatine now and focus more on the muscle building and hope the fat slowly burns off that way? Thanks, and if more detail on something is needed please let me know.
