Should I Train an Extra Day When on Gear?


Not sure if this should be on the pharma forum but here goes - I train the following:

Mon: Chest/Triceps
Tue: Back/biceps
Thu: Legs
Fri Front,side and rear delts, traps, abs

Should I add a fifth day and spread the training out or not?


Before you get flamed, let me say that this doesn't belong here.

But to answer your question, it doesn't matter. I spread mine over 5 days regardless. I feel that even though your bis and tris are smaller muscle groups, i get better results when hitting them together, alone, in the same day. It's all on preference and what kind of training you're doing.
