Should I Take Test?

So Its June 15th 2011…(4 months ago)…I weight 287 pounds! and I am 5’7"
WTF have I done?..Ez…hate like pig and lazy…Wife says her friend went to DR
got some pills and lost a ton of weight…I went…I weight 233 pounds today…
so I lost 55lbs so far and went from 44 waist to 38 waist.Ive done this miserable swing
3 times in my life now…and am 37 currently. Thats backround…heres the question…

My Dr has asked me if I would like to try test…She told me to go get a blood test and she would be able to justify giving me test injections. She said continue to loose take diet pills
but eat a lot of lean protein and lift weights with a trainer…a;long with test for 12 weeks…

Is this bitch nuts?..or perfect? keep in mind when i asked her for viagra to use for recreation she asked me “Do you get nice thick hard-on’s”? So i said yea…its for fun!
so she says ok …guess your gonna have orgies…

So we know shes nuts…

  1. what would you do?
  2. What results do you think I would get if took test…clean pro diet…and pro trainer? Keeping in mind i have not lifted a weight in 10 years…however 10 years ago IO was in good “gym” shape.

Haha Sounds like this doctor is prescribing a cycle. I would expect to hear this in the locker room from a gym junkie trying to offload some sauce.

Best to get blood work done to see where you are at. What are all your symptoms?

Pretty incredible the way your doctor is willing to put you on a 12 week blast even without blood work in front of her.

How do you expect people to take you seriously and give you serious advice when you are too lazy to even form complete sentences and proofread your post? Please don’t dumb this board down. We are happy to help, but don’t make us question whether or not you are smarter than the computer you’re typing on.

Read the stickies. There is a lot of information there. You need to gain knowledge.

You will lose weight and keep it off by adhering to a proper diet, and consistently lifting weights. If your test levels are indeed low, getting on a TRT program can help, but is not the end-all-be-all solution to fat loss. A 12 week prescribed “cycle” of test when you have not even began to lift, and as it sounds your diet is not on track as of yet is ridiculous, and will not do a thing for you in terms of long-term improvements.
