Ive been wondering about glucosamine lately. Iam 23 years old with healthy joints, no pains, etc. But i am worried that weight training, over time, will damage my joints. I would like to preserve them if i can. Will 1g/day of glucosamine assist with this? Does it need to be taken daily or just on workout days?
Glucosamine helps lower my knee pain. But it may also increase fat storage, so use it sparingly, which may be difficult for you to judge because you don’t have any pain yet.
