Should I Start Cutting? And How?

Right, but you have not even dieted for a full week yet.

June is 4 months away. That is 16 weeks. Anticipate 8 to 16lbs of weight lost.

Guys is it right that when u are training when u are cutting, that is not that important to eat proteins as long as u train?

Training is 90% to keep the muscles?

Keep the protein up. -As a newb, if you train hard on a program from this site you should be adding muscle as well as leaning out.

Also its carbs you should be keeping an eye on/limiting.

youā€™re not listening to anyone. It was clearly stated that you should not drop to 2000 calories, and yet you insist on it. Iā€™m out, and I hope nobody else wastes another second on you.

Ok. But how important is it to eat alot of protein? Isnt trainig much more important? Training is 90% and protein 10%, when u are cutting?

Ok.

How the fuck do u think that i will lose my weight? How? When i was bulking i added way to much fat

I told you EXACTLY what you should do. Others have done so as well. We ALL said drop your calories gradually, and you said ā€˜No that doesnā€™t make sense to me, Iā€™ll do it my wayā€™

Look at my picture. You think I donā€™t know what Iā€™m talking about? A bunch of people WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE GETTING lean have given you great advice.

Iā€™m just going to assume you like being fat, since you want to ignore the good advice.

I mean seriously. Another guy just chimed in telling you protein is important. And youā€™re arguing with him. WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT? As far as protein goes, that you should be the BIGGEST part of your diet while cutting. Why do you think it wouldnā€™t be? Your only other options are fat and carbs. Which of those 2 macronutrients do you think will serve you better while trying to drop fat? Do you think you should be running a carb-based diet?

You arenā€™t supposed to eat ā€œa lotā€ of anything. You are trying to lose fat. Eat the amount you need to eat.

Eating correctly is 100% of fat loss. You have been eating poorly. That is how you got fat.

Yes i now excatly what u said. U said that i should follow a 531 program and cut A LITTLE BIT. But how the fuck would my fat going away? I have 14 to 20 lb way to much to get rid of. So i dont see how i should add musclemass over the fat

What has eating poorly do do with that? If i 2 pizzaā€™s and staying at 2000 kcal, what is the problem then?

Think the problem is the bulk period when i tryed to add musclemass, but i eat waaaay to much

Why do you equate eating poorly to eating pizza? Eating too many calories is eating poorly when your goal is to lose fat.

The reason you put on fat when you bulked is you ate and trained poorly.

I use a app called myfitnesspal, and yes i can eat a pizza as long as i stick to the 2000 calorie goal.

Treined poorly? Okā€¦ I followed a easy progression program with benchpress/squats etc

Your body can burn fat and gain muscle at the same time you know.

It just takes a long time. Think in terms of years.

I am the exact same weight I was two years ago. All my clothes are look visibly small on me (enough that people comment) now in just the right places.

Iā€™ll never look like Flipcollar, but at least I know Iā€™m going in the right direction.

You are the only person to bring up pizza. I donā€™t know why you continue to bring it up.

Get your training and eating in order. Donā€™t neglect either one.

thatā€™s not what i said. You clearly donā€™t know how to read. I actually went into detail on calories. I also think you need to cut A LOT of fat. You must be confusing me with someone else.

I also didnā€™t mention 5/3/1 a single fucking time in this thread. not once.

Dont swear at people trying to help you.

From those articles alone you have been given highly effective specialised knowledge for free. You come across as an ungrateful fool. Get off the internet and take action.

At least six of the strongest dudes on this site have all independently given you the same advice.

Up to you what you do with it. So far, youā€™ve just told us how you know betterā€¦ I know what Iā€™d doā€¦ but Iā€™m not the one who is 50lbs overweight.

So what should i do then? Detailed. How much calories a day? Which training program? How much protein?

All of this has already been provided to you.
