Should I Go TRT or HCG? Very Low Sex Drive

Get cortisol tested.

Normally Free T percentage should be between 2-3 percent.

My SHBG is on the High side even if it’s still in the normal range.
Should I take boron to lower SHBG Thus increasing Free T ?
Or I should have more TT to start with?

No.

Yes, increase total enough to get free test where you need it.

So TRT would be a better option than HCG ?

FSH : 2,97 mUI/ml (1-10)
LH : 4,82 mUI/ml (1-8,5)

Getting ahold of HCG might be difficult if not impossible in your country.

I think so.

A common cause of low levels of prolactin is medication. Some examples include dopamine and levodopa. In some cases, low levels of prolactin may be a sign of a pituitary disorder, for example, hypopituitarism.

Thanks for you replies, I really appreciate.
I don’t take any medication that can cause low levels of prolactin.
So maybe it’s a pituitary disorder ( trtwuzup ).
I’am gonna try to have Access to HCG, since my LH & FSH are LOW normal.
If not, I will go TRT route ( I have talked to many people and watch videos on the topic : Conclusion is that some people are low T even with TT of 550 ng/dl)
And since my Thyroid fonction is normal, I think it’s safe to say that I have to bump up my TT to high normal and see how I feel.

I remember a member with a Total T of 1995 ng/dL with SHBG at 145, his Free T was in the gutter and had never seen Free T levels this low before and he was experiencing all the symptoms of low-T.

I can only imagine, he must be on cycle in order to achieve does levels of TT.
145 is super physiological level for SHBG.
My SHBG is indeed a little bite high but still in the normal range.
I’am on diet right now (about a month) and I’ve read that Calories Restriction can also increase SHBG.
