You’re at 9%, therefore, you’re certainly in a good position to begin a bulking phase. Even if you were at 11%, you’d still be in a good position to begin a bulking phase. Now the question is, do you have a plan for your bulking phase?
It depends on your goals. Are you competing in a body building contest? If so, when ? Or do you need to be ripped for some other reason?
Do you want to bulk up for some sport?
