I’m 15, 5’8, 143Ibs, at 16-18% bf. I consider myself skinny fat. I started my bulk at 136Ibs at 14% bf. I realized I probably went a little to hard. My question is what should I do now, cut or keep on my bulk but reduce the calories?
You should train hard with a very slight caloric surplus. That’s about it. You’re 15, don’t worry about it.
Shouldnt I worry about getting to 20% ?
Train hard enough and you won’t. Even if you do, don’t worry bout it. You’re 15. Do more, think less.
Whatever that’s going through your head, you’re going to look back in 3-5 years and think it was pretty silly.
