Should i avoid soy products

I read on this board that a bodybuilder (male) should avoid soy proteine. I know soy flavones have estrogenic effects, but here is the problem : i do not tolerate lactose and milk proteine. I eat soy products (soy milk, soy yogurts, etc…) in order to have enough proteine. I do not tolerate proteine powders no more but i still can take about 20-30 amino acid tabs per day without any problem. 50 grams per day of soy proteine is that crap?
I’m a bodybuilder and an aerobics instructor, so i got to eat tons of proteine just to maintain my bodyweight.

Stay away from soy! It’s evil. & if you can’t handle milk, you’ll have to eat more chicken, etc. Read all the soy articles I think there are 3 or 4 of them.

How about egg protien?

Thank you guys. Well, actualy i tolerate egg whites, AA petides from egg whites and i’ m about to test egg proteine powder. I’ ll try to avoid soy, that EVIL CRAP!
