I started EDT phase 1 and was wondering if I should include a shoulder day and how i would incorporate it into EDT AND WHAT EXERCISES?
On saturday could i do shoulders during phase 1 EDT?
Charles answered this question before. He said your shoulders should be getting a lot of work from the pressing,chins, and rowing. Also remember that shoulders are a fairly small muscle and can get overworked easy. But if you want throw in a couple of shoulder sets after the end of the workout.
