Yes, with a way bigger upper body, which is really small for now. If I would increase squats legs would increase as well. I never squatted more than 65kg for 10 reps. I can row the same weight. Legs bigger than waist are only good when you have upper body to match it. Love handles - I got hips much wider than waist. It looks better, hope it will be unnoticeable one day. I already got problem with jeans, on legs they’re really tight, but I gotta wear belt really tight because there so much space around hips.
