I repeatedly read numerous articles each touting one or the other regimen for juice use. It's always either high dose - short duration OR medium dose - long duration. I realize this is all relative to the user .
I personally don't have the patience to do a two or three weeker, so I would always do a two-month program minimum. Again, different strokes though.
I agree with Galvatron, I think that the longer the cycle the more your going to retain after, IMO.
