i am 23 years old lifting from 4 years now did 3 cycles before buy advice of a few gurus… ended up disappointed coz they were just making money from me. had shitty results.
i am planing to do a short bulking cycle like for 8 weeks as i am going for a vacation for 15 days and would not able to pin then.
i am currently weighing 140 lbs with 15% body fat
coz was not able to lift for a few days because of work.
could u guys help me out with the cycle and pct as well.
