Anyone ever invest in Spingbak shoe inserts in these? If they do what they claim, increase vertical, speed, decrease fatigue and lower back pain, they’d be well worth it, IMHO.

in theory it should work because of the fact that you are not doing the work on the down stroke of the spring. it is gravity which does the work. how much work the sole can do for you though is minimal depending on the spring constant, and the number of springs presents. also you’d want to make sure that the shoes are strapped in tight to the foot so no energy is disspated against movement of the shoe to foot spacing rather then getting force production directly to the foot. laters pk
