I’ve been reading a lot on shocking the muscle, or forcing it to grow. I read that when you shock it, and go extremely heavy, the muscle basically has to “die or grow”. So, I was wondering if you shocked the muscle by going extremely heavy, and working it one day on, one day off, one day on, would that work? Or if you wanted to improve your back, work it twice a week extremely heavy. Would anything like that be worth trying?
Also, when is T2 coming out, and what is N17 suppose to be? From what it sounds like, N17 is just like Nandrosol?
