Looking for the optimal percentages to use in a shirted benching program. The goal is to handle super maximal weights from the 3 board height to tax my nervous system. I used to just call my numbers on how I felt. Im looking to see if there is a certain % any of you have pinpointed that works best. i.e Equipped PR x 110% for 2 sets of 3 from the 3 board. Its been a long time since I have done heavy boards. I used to swear by them. Getting back in to it and looking for some advice on what you all have used in your training to tax your CNS.
Ive read that triples work best, is this true?
